Disney+ is set to release several new and exciting movies and shows in the coming months. Mila in the Multiverse is set to release on February 15, 2023, j-hope in the Box (BTS Documentary) on February 17, 2023, and Making the Wish: Disney’s Newest Cruise Ship on February 17, 2023. The Low Tone Club is set to release on February 22, 2023, and The Mandalorian (Season 3) is set to release on March 1, 2023.
As of September 1, 2021, the following titles have been removed from Disney+ in the United States:

Why are so many Disney movies not on Disney Plus?
The reason these titles are removed has to do with pre-existing contracts that were in place before Disney+ was created. For example, Starz and Netflix had existing agreements in place that resulted in many Disney films being taken down from the new streaming service. Additionally, 20th Century Fox has a multi-year contract with HBO that has also caused several films to be removed from Disney+ in the United States.
The evil fairy in question is none other than Maleficent, one of Disney’s most iconic villains. First introduced in 1959’s Sleeping Beauty, Maleficent is a powerful sorceress with a grudge against humanity. After being slighted by King Stefan and Queen Leah, she takes her revenge by cursing their newborn daughter, Aurora. Though she is eventually defeated by Aurora’s true love, Prince Phillip, Maleficent remains one of the most popular (and feared) villains in the Disney pantheon.
